An 8-week program designed to bridge the gap between frustration and fulfillment in intimacy.
This includes weekly 1:1 sessions with personalized session summaries and practices. All genders are welcomed.
This program might be for you if:

Together, we will spend this time...
Auditing your intimate life and beliefs. We will set a plan to rewrite your new story around intimacy that pulls from your own strengths and desires—not what society thinks is "sexy" or "normal". (That doesn't exist anyway.)
You will be given tangible resources and guidance on helpful solo practices, as well as how to navigate applying what you learn with partners.

breakthrough session
This 1.5 hour session is for anyone who frankly, isn't sure what they need. Maybe you need to get something off your chest. Or perhaps you have a burning question that'd be better answered by a caring professional than User10933 on Reddit! Whatever it is, our goal during this session is for you to leave feeling lighter. To walk away with more knowledge, a deeper understanding of yourself and your body, and at least one actionable practice to take into your life.
